Concord Plumbing & Heating Inc. has been in business for over ten years with a strong presence in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sector extending to areas of New Construction Builds and Major renovations.
Our Workforce comes from our strong relationship with the United Association Local 46 Plumbers & Steamfitters Union and Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 30 and we pride ourselves on retaining the finest quality of workers who execute projects on time and on budget, keeping our health and safety standards at the highest level. Having an offering of both Plumbing and Sheet Metal has made us an excellent one-stop solution for many General Contractors, Engineers and Consultants. In a highly innovate and ever changing industry we pride ourselves on winning the trust of our Clients by conducting business fairly and honestly, resulting in many repeat business and referral relationships.
Our Design Build Group use a design model that has been developed over the years to ensure the very best value for our Clients. In our model, our highly skilled Designer with years of experience works with a Client to establish a system that fulfills their requirements for comfort, quality, and price. This initial design phase is completed before the client has finalized their building structure. In essence, Concord becomes the designer and installer of the complete mechanical system.

Meet our Partners
Patrick Carbonara
Partner and President of Concord Plumbing & Heating Inc.
Patrick brings extensive operational knowledge and experience, specifically in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Sector (ICI). This experience has enabled the Company to grow over the years, working on multiple jobs with multiple crews, striving for Operational Excellence.
Patrick’s entered the profession some 25 + years ago as an Apprentice, and then becoming fully Licensed in many lines of the business.
Patrick’s deep knowledge of the operations and his passion to execute projects on-time and on-budget has led him to work very closely with Workers and General Contractors & Site/Project Managers, mentoring many Workers to elevate their quality of work and always ensuring that projects stay on budget/schedule.
Paul Postiglione
Partner and Director of Concord Plumbing & Heating Inc.
Paul brings an extensive background in the Mechanical ICI sector, entering the profession some 30 + years ago as an Apprentice and then qualifying as a fully Licensed Plumber soon thereafter.
Paul’s passion for the profession and his business acumen led him to open his own Company at the young age of 19, venturing into Design build opportunities whilst also maintaining business in the Retail, Industrial and Commercial sectors.
As the Partner of the company he has continued to grow the business, creating valued relationships with several General Contractors, Architects and Engineers, leading to years of repeat business.
Paul’s knowledge of the business and desire to create life-time relationships has afforded him a seat on the Board of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Toronto. Paul also sits on the Public Relations committee of the same association.
Community
Concord Plumbing & Heating Inc is involved in many community developments including youth hockey sponsorship and supporting various charities such as the Epilepsy Durham Golf fundraiser. We also continue to be a long-standing supporter of The Vitanova Foundation, through sponsorship of their various social events, and more recently providing mechanical services for their new onsite Chapel.
We don’t just complete projects, but also help to build and create happier communities. We as a company feel blessed to share our time and resources to help others.
